The Feldenkrais Method uses gentle movement and directed attention to help you learn new ways of living the life you want in the body you have. An evening of community meditation at Shraddha. The night starts with an intro session; open to all who would want to start, or refresh, their mindfulness practice. Followed by a half-hour open sit (meditation session) and a half hour discussion based on a selection of chosen readings. All based around a monthly concept.
