Shraddha Yoga Studio: Born from Faith
Shraddha is a Sanskrit word meaning “to have faith” or to place deep trust in the unknown.
Since the day we opened our doors in April 2018, Shraddha has served as our guiding philosophy, for our students, for our teachers and for everyone who passes through this special place.
Connecting Mind, Body and Spirit
We founded the studio to be a place where people can come to feel safe, comfortable and empowered. In this secure environment, we invite you to push your body to new limits, explore the body-mind connection, develop new capabilities and increase the depth of your shraddha—not only in your yoga practice but in other aspects of your life as well.
Find the Class for You
We believe strongly that our minds and bodies are fundamentally interconnected. For this reason, we offer workshops in Aromatherapy, Detox and Self Care, in addition to our wide variety of yoga classes. Through our diverse range of classes, all rooted in Eastern philosophy and traditional yoga practices, we have created a supportive and flourishing community of like-minded spirits.
We hope you will join us.
Shraddha Yoga Studio prides itself in being an international community and our team of teachers hail from around the world. It’s the openness and cultural diversity that keeps this studio enriching. The teachers of Shraddha are seekers and their life and cultural perspective comes through in their classes. Regardless of the classes given, our teachers are always searching for more knowledge and deepening their education within their fields. Our team shares a humanistic approach to teaching and understand the value of holding space for students, regardless of where they are in their practice. Because the studio’s classes are intentionally small, the teachers here are able to connect one-on-one with students in tracking and encouraging their growth in their practice. The teachers of Shraddha deeply believe in the power of community and enjoy connecting with students through workshops, classes and events held at the studio.
